EXPERIENCE

SOLUTION ARCHITECT

  • Served in various verticals from International Operations to Digital Marketing

  • Created POCs to guide development teams

  • Translated business requirements into  UML design documentation for consumption by product teams.

  • Founding member of the organization’s first Agile team, leading the transition from a documentation-heavy waterfall approach to an adaptive, as-needed documentation model.

  • Drove digital transformation while architecting modern APIs and facilitating integration with third-party frameworks.

ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT

  • Managed Service Portfolio

  • Created and Governed Architecture Patterns Repository

  • Evaluated and guided the evaluation of frameworks to enhance the maturity of Observability within the organization.

  • Developed standardized diagrams to ensure consistency for architecture governance board approvals and ease .

PROJECTS

Established Architecture Patterns Repository

  • Led design, implementation, and ongoing stewardship of a centralized archiecture patterns repository.

  • Built metadata backbone using SharePoint List to enable searchable, tagged pattern catalog with custom fields for technology domain, risk tier, and compliance mapping.

  • Automated full lifecycle via Power Automate flows: submission → peer review → security & architecture sign-off → publication → deprecation, reducing review cycles.

  • Enforced immutability by publishing approved patterns to Azure DevOps Wiki; version-locked artifacts support audit trails while allowing controlled forks for iteration.

  • Defined end-to-end governance model including lifecycle stages, ownership matrix, and SLA thresholds; codified in policy documents adopted enterprise-wide.

  • Manage repository & cross-org collaboration: chair weekly patterns working group with Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, and domain leads; facilitate pattern prioritization, conflict resolution, and roadmap alignment.

  • Impact: Established a unified source of truth for reusable architecture patterns, reducing redundancy and accelerating consistent solution design across teams.

Created Observability Strategy

  • Led a cross-organizational observability transformation effort, partnering with infrastructure, SRE, cybersecurity, and global monitoring teams to establish unified standards. Collaborated with our parent company, conducted proof-of-concept evaluations with multiple observability platforms, and secured executive architectural approval for a standardized approach.

  • Developed an observability maturity model outlining progression from reactive to autonomous operations, paired with a multi-year roadmap to support incremental capability adoption, tooling rationalization, and skill development across teams.

  • Championed adoption and governance through playbooks, training programs, and a cross-functional Observability Council to embed best practices within engineering culture.

  • This program is advancing the organization from disconnected, ad-hoc monitoring toward predictive reliability, improving operational awareness, speeding resolution workflows, and enabling sustained high-availability performance.
